Produce MCMC autocorrelation plot of the log-likelihood

plot_acf(project, K = NULL, rung = NULL, col = "black")

Arguments

project	a MALECOT project, as produced by the function malecot_project()
K	which value of K to plot
rung	which rung to plot. Defaults to the cold chain
col	colour of the trace
